General information about the lease:
1. Leases begin August 1, 2010 and end July 28, 2011. Sample

2. Full security deposit required at signing of lease, equal in amount to one
month's rent.
3. Pre-dated rent checks shall be given to Landlords at start of lease. This
is meant to eliminate late rent. If rent is late or rent checks are returned
for non-sufficient funds, late fees are $10 per day up to a maximum of $40 per
month.
