General information about the lease and rental
discount:
1. Lease begins August 1, 2008, and ends July 25, 2009. No discount
for month of July.
2. Full security deposit required at signing of lease, equal in amount
to one month's discounted rent.
3. Pre-dated rent checks shall be given to Landlords at start of lease.
This is meant to eliminate late rent. If there are no pre-dated checks,
rent is late, or rent checks are returned for non-sufficient funds,
full rent of $2,940.00 shall be the rental amount due for the month.
Tenants receive a $290.00 discount on rent if rent is paid on the first
of the month. Rent shall be paid with two checks from tenants.
