to one month's discounted rent.
3. Pre-dated rent checks shall be given to Landlords at start of lease.
This is meant to eliminate late rent. If there are no pre-dated checks,
rent is late, or rent checks are returned for non-sufficient funds,
full rent of $1,330.00 shall be the rental amount due for the month.
Tenants receive a $130.00 discount on rent if rent is paid on the first
day of the month. Rent shall be paid with one check from tenants.
